Our academy provides a range of activities and services beyond the school day to help meet the needs of students, their families and the wider community.
We aim to become “the academy that never sleeps,” at the heart of our community, where all visitors are made to feel welcome and to join in.
We have a wide range of clubs and activities to develop the interests and skills of our students such as:

‘Let’s Get Cooking’
Song writing
Drama production and music evenings
Many departments run additional lunchtime and after-school clubs as well as study support programmes such as Easter revision and summer schools.
Our students can enjoy sporting success through competitive sport, sports days and a wide ranging fixtures list in all the major sports.
